Head of Product

​The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion

  • Currently the CEO is managing the product team. You will take over from him.

  • Take over management of 2 Product Managers and 1 Product Designer and expand the team further

  • Your main responsibilities will balance both strategy and operations:

  • Formalize, enrich and update the Product vision, and translate it into a roadmap regularly updated

  • Cultivate a missionary Product culture within the organization (vs a mercenary culture)

  • Identify major market trends and potential Product evolutions

  • Identify users pains, clearly expressed or not, and define simple solutions adapted to complex problems

  • Ensure the development and improvement of the platform, following the roadmap milestones

  • Support and challenge the development team in the preparation and monitoring of developments

  • Manage and support Product design in the creation of models & workflow (UX / UI)

  • Write and prioritize User Stories, and maintain updated backlog

  • Ensure Product consistency, being at the intersection of business, IT and design

  • Communicate with all stakeholders, creating a team dynamic, and incarnating Product within the company and outside

  • Implement and measure relevant statistics and insights to iterate and improve the product.

  • You can be based anywhere in Europe. This is a fully remote company.

  • You need to be able to come to Paris once every month for a team meeting and once every quarter for a 3 day seminar.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 - 10 years in product management in B2B SaaS

  • Experience implementing product methodologies and processes

  • Ideally you've been #2 in a company before or you have experience in small companies/ start-ups

  • Fluency in English and another language

  • You are very hands-on: you know how to balance strategical and operational issues in order to structure the product process while making sure that challenges are solved rapidly

  • You are a solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions
