Head of Product Marketing
The Role:
· Help create the right product messaging so prospects and customers understand the value of our platform and its associated benefits
· Build and execute plans and activity to drive acquisition and product adoption, and reduce churn
· Manage all marketing aspects of product launches and feature releases
· Work closely with the Product team to help turn customer feedback into features that users will love
· Analyse customer usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and data analysis
· Create compelling content including website copy, video, sales assets, webinars, comparisons and much more
· Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
· Own competitor monitoring and actively research competitor propositions and activity to ensure we retain our edge in the market
· Work collaboratively using research, data and feedback to help define new features and products that grow our business

The Ideal Candidate:
· 3-5 years Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS including positioning, personas, launches and campaigns
· Strong creative and communication skills
· HubSpot experience would be a benefit
· Ability to research and gather data and insights from a variety of sources
· Lots of energy and the drive to get things done
· Able to spot and capitalise on opportunities in a fast-moving environment
· Ability to embrace and adapt to change
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Positive, collaborative team player who enjoys a challenge and thrives in an upbeat, friendly, fast-moving environment
What You’ll Get:
Salary of up to £75,000 plus 20% bonus
Quarterly bonus plan
20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) increasing to 26 over time
