Head of Sales
The Role:
Head of Sales role as the first person on the ground in the US
This will be a hands on sales role that will have immediate hiring responsibility
Your job will be to grow out the outbound and inbound sales engine and process
Eventually the role will include hiring Accounts Executives, BDRs and Presales
The role will grow into a global role managing all revenue
Typical deal sizes start at $250k-$300k and can grow up to $1million. Sales cycles are 30-60 days.
You can be based remote in the US for this position
The Company:
Exciting Talent SaaS startup who are well back by some large, well known investors
They are a Series A type business with strong backing and likely to raise another funding round in 2021
The business will be at $100m valuation by the end of 2021
With revenues already around $10million, the plan is to triple this by 2022
Equity is included for the right person
This role will grow from Head of Sales into a Global, CRO type position
Eventually this person will manage all Revenue globally for the business so there is great career progression
The Ideal Candidate:
8-10 years hunting experience with at least 4-5 years management.
You must have built outbound sales engine and scaled their sales process
You must have sold Recruitment SaaS/services OR SaaS solutions sales to tech companies
This person will be a solutinos sales person
Your deal sizes should have been above $200k
This role is based remotely in the US
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: $150,000-$200,000 with a Double OTE
