Head of Sales
The Role:
Managing a team of 5-10 inside sales professionals who focus on closing deals over video calls
The objective will be to double the size of the sales team in Manchester in the next couple of years. You’ll be given full responsibility for hiring and firing.
100% management role focusing on motivating the team, training, developing, analysing data and trends, building a high performing culture, and driving consistent performance
Office based in Manchester 5-days a week to support the sales team

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a sales leader and demonstrable track record of hitting team targets
Worked in SaaS, Tech, Recruitment or B2B sales
Mature and reasonable attitude
Strong coaching ability
Looking to take on a super challenge
Someone who can ‘walk the walk’
Experienced in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret information that can be used for strategic development
What You’ll Get
£60-80k basic / £40-50k OTE

1st stage - video interview with hiring manager
2nd stage - task
3rd stage – final interview with C level executives
