Head of Sales

The Role:

  • Managing a team of 5-10 inside sales professionals who focus on closing deals over video calls

  • The objective will be to double the size of the sales team in Manchester in the next couple of years. You’ll be given full responsibility for hiring and firing.

  • 100% management role focusing on motivating the team, training, developing, analysing data and trends, building a high performing culture, and driving consistent performance

  • Office based in Manchester 5-days a week to support the sales team

  • Proven experience as a sales leader and demonstrable track record of hitting team targets

  • Worked in SaaS, Tech, Recruitment or B2B sales

  • Mature and reasonable attitude

  • Strong coaching ability

  • Looking to take on a super challenge

  • Someone who can ‘walk the walk’

  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret information that can be used for strategic development

What You’ll Get
