Job Title: Head of Sales Germany – SaaS Start-up – Germany remote

The Role:

  • Player Coach role

  • You’ll inherit a team of roughly 10 sales reps across Germany.

  • Your team is based remotely across different regions in Germany.

  • They spend a lot of time visiting municipalities in their regions. They do field sales.

  • You’ll be responsible for dealing with some key accounts in Germany – new business development.

  • The rest of your time is spent managing the team.

  • Your bonus will be based on sales to key accounts as well as team achievements.

  • Implement sales methodologies.

  • Mentor, guide and built out your team further.

  • This role is based remotely anywhere in Germany.

  • Report to the CRO.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years team lead/ team management experience

  • B2B sales – SaaS/ tech/ digital/ services/ something complex

  • Good communicator – German and English fluently

  • Willingness to do field sales and travel to customer meetings as well as the HQ once a month.

  • Agile, can thrive in a start-up environment
