Internal Sales Manager

The Role:

  • Manage the SDR team and the Inside Sales Consultants as well as the Lead Generation Manager who manages a team of part-time lead generators

  • Overall your team is 8 people big - mostly fresh grads

  • Upskill the junior team

  • Set targets and KPIs and monitor their performances

  • Report to the MD

  • You need to be based commutable to London and come to the office 2 days/ week
