Marketing Business Partner- Student Success
The Role:
This role is for a senior, multi-functional marketing business partner who can be the strategic partner for student success.
We live or die by the success of our students. We want all our students to succeed in their studies and get the jobs they deserve at the end of the process. This new role will work with the Student Success and Career Services teams to develop the marketing strategy and action plan, for this phase of the customer journey.
The job holder is responsible for:
Working with the Customer Success team to keep people on their programmes
Provide marketing support aimed at improving exam success rates
Ensure the very best outcomes for our students in terms of exam success and landing their dream job.
Telling our students stories, to help them in their careers and encourage more people to engage in studies with Learning People
Develop the Learning People student community and alumni

The Ideal Candidate:
Commercial acumen – A good grasp of the numbers and the ability to use data to get to the crux of an issue
Clarity of thought – Be able to cut through a mass of information and draw insightful conclusions
Lead by example – understand the impact of your actions on others, and a be a role model to less experienced members of the team
Organisation - Strong personal organisational skills to maximise productivity and a good eye for detail
Communication - Good interpersonal skills and team working, as well as excellent copy writing skills
You will, likely, be a graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role. Ideally you would have been in a commercial role and have a good understanding of how all marketing actions impact on numbers. This is a multi-functional role so you will have developed a solid understanding of different marketing disciplines.
What You’ll Get:
Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
