Marketing Campaign Manager
The Role:
· Create, execute and optimize data-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategies designed to deliver pipeline and revenue goals.
· Analyse and measure the success of marketing programmes, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
· Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn and optimise
· Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to get anecdotal feedback on lead quality and generate ideas for campaign optimisation.
· Leverage Marketing Automation (Hubspot) and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects across the buyer journey.
· Support events with invites, landing page, lead database, campaign calendar, follow ups & delivery of webinars
· Collaborate with stakeholders across the business - C-level, sales, marketing, product and product marketing
· Continuously evaluate the latest B2B marketing strategies, marketing technologies, implementing and optimising different tactics.
· Own the campaign budget, responsible for reporting on ROI.

The Ideal Candidate:
· 3-4+ Years’ experience in a campaign manager role - ideal candidates will have SaaS B2B Software experience
· Proven experience developing, managing, and delivering successful, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns from conception through implementation, measurement, and analysis
· Proven track record of generating and deploying demand gen campaigns across multiple channels including, Search, Social, Content syndication and Partner programmes.
· Experience building campaigns for complex B2B technology product
· Experienced user of CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) with a passion for technologies that increase lead engagement and conversion.
· Analytically minded with data being at the heart of the decisions you make
· Experience with marketing dashboard/report development, delivery, and analysis including leveraging data from multiple sources
· Exceptional communication skills, highly organised, collaborative and detail oriented
· Technology enthusiast, positively curious, and eager to learn
· Lives for a fast-paced environment enjoying the ability to experiment and optimise at pace.
· Comfortable in a scale-up environment, we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic industry
What You’ll Get:
