Marketing Operations
The Role:
This is a Marketing Operations role
Your job will be to manage and run email campaigns
You will be in charge of the tech stack and ensuring it works with the website seamlessly
You will help to build out lead scoring and nurturing as well as knowledge of customer touchpoints and the success rates
You can be based anywhere in the US for this role
The Company:
A Healthcare SaaS startup with no real competitors
They are a profitable business with over $50m in revenue already
They are likely to hit around $100m this year and have already hit their 2022 stretch goal
There is great career development as part of being an early member of the commercial team
Over the next 2-3 years they plan to double the headcount
This person will build and run the Marketing Operations function and act as the Engine of the Marketing Department
The Ideal Candidate:
We need someone who has 5 years experience working in Marketing Operations for a B2B SaaS business
Ideally you will have Hubspot experience but this is not essential
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary $100,000-$140,000 with a potential bonus on top
401k match, healthcare and unlimited PTO
