Marketing Operations Manager

​The Role:

  • This is a Marketing Operations Manager role

  • Your role will be to build out the marketing ops function as the first they have hired in this role

  • At the moment there is no marketing operations and they have just brough on HubSpot

  • You will be helping to set up HubSpot, running email campaigns, lead scoring and nurturing

  • You will also work with the website to ensure things run seamlessly

  • You should be based in the US remotely for this role but comfortable working Eastern Time

The Company:

  • Fast growth SaaS start up in the video space

  • They are Private Equity backed with new investors only recently

  • They have received over $20million in total funding and experienced impressive growth

  • Their headcount has grown from 25 to over 80 in less than a year – this is a mix of acquisition and new hires

  • This is a chance to build out the marketing operations function as the first person in this type of role

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years experience in a marketing operations role for a B2B SaaS business.

  • Ideally you will have HubSpot experience but Marketo is also fine.

  • You should also have knowledge of Salesforce.

  • Start-up experience will also be required to succeed in the fast paced environment
