Marketing Operations Specialist

​The Role

  • Join the growing marketing team which consists of the CMO (US based), the VP Growth Marketing (US based), 3 Digital marketing professionals in France, one digital marketer in the US, a team of 4 content and field marketing professionals across US and EMEA

  • The Marketing Operations Team manages the technology, lead management strategy, and data analysis for global marketing efforts.

  • As the Marketing Operations Specialist you are a technologist with a keen eye for automation and finding opportunities to scale activities.

  • You will collaborate with customer, marketing, sales, and partner teams to manage a variety of marketing operations projects designed to improve the way the company manages data and engage with all target audiences.

  • You will facilitate and operate the workflow processes for relevant internal stakeholders. Success in this role will depend upon developing a deep understanding of their data systems and campaign strategies.

  • The role can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK. Ideally you'll be able to come to the London office 1 or 2 days per month.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2 – 3 years of marketing operations experience

  • Software or SaaS background

  • Using Pardot, Hubspot or Marketo, Salesforce or other CRM

  • HTML/ CSS experience
