Marketing Operations Specialist

The Role

  • Review and schedule email marketing requests

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build targeted marketing campaigns

  • Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of marketing and sales technology ensuring all data and integrations satisfy internal process needs

  • Create and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign, lead, and database management

  • Maintain CRM data quality for enhanced segmentation opportunities

  • Design automations based on internal process & workflow needs

  • Set, measure, and share key initiative metrics to track performance

  • Manage documentation for operations and other internal stakeholders

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technology

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations within SaaS, tech of from an agency

  • Solid experience with Salesforce and Pardot

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheets & data analysis functions

  • Highly passionate

  • Flexible and fast learner with a drive for continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Time management, project management, and organizational skills necessary to meet deadlines

  • Adept at learning new systems and tools

 

What You’ll Get

  • $90,000 base + $10,000 bonus
