​Partner Manager

The Role:

  • As a partner manager, your goal is to create and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships with appropriate partner organisations, these include:

  • Global technology consulting companies working on multi-million pound projects.

  • International BPO companies managing thousands of agents and millions of back office tasks yearly.

  • Mid-market consulting companies specializing in AI.

  • Small and medium-sized BPO's getting started with AI labelling.

  • Finding champions within partner companies that represent the product internally.

  • Sharing news about features with partners.

  • Ensuring partners' sales teams are able to effectively sell the product.

  • Establishing a formal partner programme that includes training, certifications, dedicated newsletters, and portals.

  • Scaling the partner team and potentially move into a leadership position.

  • Raised $10 million as a team of less than 15 

  • Reached $1M ARR as a team of under 10

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-6 years experience building and maintaining a partner ecosystem in the software industry.

  • Experience in high-growth organisations is desirable.
