Partner Sales Manager DACH

​The Role

  • First partnership rep in the DACH region

  • They currently have two partners in the territory and are looking to increase the revenue through partners significantly. You will play a crucial role in this

  • This role is a mix of partner acquisition, partner development and partner management. You need to be comfortable all three activities.

  • Target partners are Google ISVs, Google and Microsoft ecosystem companies, HR and communication agencies.

  • You will be targeted on revenue and partners signed and developed pipeline through signed partners

  • Join a small team in Germany: 2x Enterprise AEs and 1 Sales Engineer

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3 - 5 years of partner management, development and acquisition within SaaS

  • You are hands-on, hungry, data-driven and willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty

  • You are a strong relationship builder

  • Experience building partnerships within the Google or Microsoft ecosystem would be a big plus

  • Experience working with HR or communication agencies would be highly beneficial

  • €90,000 - €105,000 base + €35,000 variable, €800/month car allowance
