Product Manager
The Role:
Own the end-to-end customer experience for the learning and reporting functionality within the platform.
Provide businesses with the necessary tools to teach, coach, and analyse performance results
Be responsible for enabling customers to create highly effective learning programs that drive seller alignment and an analytical experience that illustrates and drives success.
Become an expert in how content creators define learning programs and how individuals can best learn to maximize their potential.
Define a vision for a best-in-class learning experience that makes it easy for enablement professionals to educate their teams and sellers to learn
Define a roadmap to address customers problems.
Define and test rapid prototypes with customers that solve critical business problems
Collaborate with design and engineering to translate your roadmap into clearly written requirements and well thought out designs
Work with engineering to ensure the delivery of high-quality features and products
Communicate the roadmap and train the organisation on upcoming releases of new features
Coordinate with CX and Marketing to launch new features, monitor their adoption, and iterate on customer feedback and data insights
You need to be based in San Francisco, they have an office there. You are not required in the office every day, but ideally you'll do a hybrid model between remote and office.

The Ideal Candidate:
LMS background most ideal, EdTech, BI/ Dashboarding tools or SalesTech or MarTech tool (baseline understanding of sales enablement)
B2B product management, SaaS 3 – 5 years as PM

1st video call with the VP of Product
2nd in-person meeting in the office - you'll meet the other Product Manager, the hiring manager, someone from the sales team, maybe the CEO or the CTO
