Job Title: Product Marketing Director – DevOps SaaS – US East Coast or UK fully remote
The Role:
You will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive adoption and usage of the product.
Conducting competitive and market research to garner insights that help drive go-to-market strategy and product roadmaps.
Defining key segments and personas and creating messaging and position guides targeted towards those personas.
Create product marketing content and collateral such as blogs and white papers.
Organizing and coordinating plans and materials for key events such as developer and industry conferences, webinars, etc.
Reorganise the website, contribute text and productization.
Lead field enablement activities and attend events.
Working closely with product and sales to create marketing campaigns that speak to our target audience
Maintaining and building relationships with key members of the developer community
Deeply understanding the different segments by regularly talking to users, sitting in on sales calls, and diving into metrics
You’ll get support from a developer advocate who creates a lot of content for blogs as well as tech documentation. You’ll work with marketing agencies.
Right now, this role is part of the Product department. Within that team they have a UX designer, a Product Manager and a Product Designer. Eventually they’ll build out the marketing function and this role will be within marketing.
For this role you can be based in the Eastern US time zone or the UK. It’s a fully remote role.
You’ll report into the VP of Product.

4 - 5+ years in Product Marketing
DevOps/DevTool/ Software for Developers
Start-up experience
Independent, resourceful, willing and able to juggle multiple tasks, wearing many hats, and organizing various efforts
An ability to build scalable, cross-functional frameworks that deliver customer value
Experience collaborating with engineering, product and sales teams
