Product Marketing Manager

The Role:

  • Join the growing marketing team which is spread across the US and the UK

  • You will own all product messaging and be responsible for ensuring all team members across the global business can articulate the value proposition clearly.

  • Develop messaging that drives accessible markets to want world-leading voice AI products

  • Understand the company’s direct and indirect competitors and ensure that the messaging is differentiated

  • Work with marketing leadership to prioritize market segments and develop persona for the content and demand generation marketing team members

  • Work with the content and sales enablement team members to develop sales collateral

  • Interview customers, partners, and experts to understand customer needs

  • Maintain an organized and accessible database of competitive intelligence for sales, marketing, and executive leadership

  • Collaborate with content team leads on strategy and regularly contribute to the content effort

  • The role is fully remote, and you should be based in the northern half of the East Coast.

  • You are expected to come to the NY office once a quarter. Some other travel might be required occasionally so you need to be somewhat flexible.
