Project Manager

​The Role:

  • Define project scope and objectives

  • Plan, assign, and manage resources in an effective manner to meet objectives and timelines.

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with milestones and dates.

  • Ensure involvement of all relevant stakeholders and endure technical feasibility

  • Identify associated project risks and define mitigation action to minimize the impact on project deliverables

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution

  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

  • You need to be based in either NY or Boston and work a hybrid model, 2 days/week in the office, 3 days remote.

  • Report to the Director of Solutions

  • Presence across EMEA, North America and APAC and expanding rapidly

  • Series E funding, close to $1 Billion in investment

  • Their revenue exploded last year, they went from $10M to $60M ARR over 12 months

  • Last year they had 40 customers, now they have 600+

  • They will double the size of the company by end of 2022

The Id eal Candidate:

  • 5 - 10 years Project Management in SaaS or in consulting firms working on SaaS projects

  • Must be customer-facing

  • Experience in the financial services industry would be a massive plus

  • Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g. Monday.com and Atlassian software, Google tools, Etc.), project management techniques, scrum or agile methodologies.
