The Role:

  • Reporting directly to the CEO / Co-Founder in Australia the role of Regional Manager EMEA has a broad level of responsibility. Primarily you’ll be a talented sales professional with varied experience.

  • Generating net new business in sectors such as; Asphalt, Construction, Facilities Maintenance, Utilities, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Mining and Road.

  • Expertly managing existing enterprise accounts within the EMEA region. This will involve overseeing the successful delivery of projects, customer retention, contract renewals and identifying growth opportunities.

  • You will remotely manage a small team in the UK to deliver the highest level of customer experience. You will also scale out as you continue to grow the region.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have a demonstratable track record selling software solutions to relatable industries such as; construction, engineering, manufacturing, mining, road and water.

  • You will have a strong background of winning new logo business ideally at midmarket and enterprise level, owning the sales cycle end-to-end.

  • You will have knowledge of how to expertly manage high value accounts dealing with multiple C-level contacts across relatable industries.

  • You will have a hands on approach to owning and running a regional sales territory and its resources, taking a self-driven and autonomous approach to your work.

 

 

What You’ll Get:

  • Higher than average salary package with competitive performance bonuses.

  • £65,000 - £75,000 base plus variable performance bonus.
