​Regional Sales Director Europe - OT Security - EMEA based

The Role

  • First Sales Rep on the Ground in Europe

  • Join the existing sales team which consists of 3x Regional Sales Directors, Director of Sales Operations, Sales Engineer

  • Territory is DACH, South Europe, Nordics, BENELUX, UK

  • Selling cyber security to rail companies. You'll be selling software, hardware & services.

  • You will sell to customers directly as well as work with partners

  • Average deal size is currently $400k - $500k with average sales cycles of 3 - 6 months. The deal size is forecast to increase to $1M - $4M

  • Stakeholders involved in the sales process are CISOs, CIOs, Head of ICT, Head of Infrastructure

  • You will get support from R&D, Pre-sales, Product teams in Israel. The product will be customised for each client.

  • Once you have some real traction in the market, they will bring on an SE locally Europe and the team will grow further from there.

  • The role will report into the CEO for now.

  • You need to be based remotely in France, DACH, Netherlands or the UK
