Regional Sales Manager

The Role:

  • Responsible for selling of cloud-based software and associated services to primarily contractors and developers in construction projects.

  • Targeting enterprise construction projects primarily in UK and Ireland such as commercial and residential new builds.

  • Be involved in entire sales funnel process including lead generation, pitching, demo, proposal, contract, negotiation, closing.

  • Work with Head of Sales to plan deal development and closes

  • Work with Marketing to ensure you everything you need to succeed.

The Company:

  • A bespoke Construction Management Software with a suite of digital solutions that will serve asset owners, contractors, and developers throughout the construction phases, delivering data-orientated benefits throughout the building lifecycle

  • Worked with clients such as Taylor Wimpey, Wates, Cairn PLC and has aided some of the biggest infrastructure projects such as HS2 and the Shard.

  • Global company with offices based in London, Dublin, Melbourne and a presence in the Middle East.

  • VC backed by Hedge Fund, and recently receiving funding in 2021 presents the successful growth and expansion so far.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally commutable to Dublin 1 day a week.

  • Proven experience in implementing process-driven sales business plans and meeting sales targets.

  • Experience selling complex software solutions – ideally within construction or proptech.

  • Experienced in full Sales cycle and prospecting new leads, through nurture and development.

What You’ll Get:
