​Regional Sales Manager - GRC SaaS - Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands

The Role:

  • Regional Sales Manager to focus on mainland European market

  • Main target market is the DACH region. You will also cover South Europe (France, Italy, Portugal, Spain), Belgium and Luxembourg. You'll be the only person focusing on this territory

  • The current European team consists of 10 Sales & AEs, 3 BDRs, 3 Marketers and 3 Solutions Architects

  • 100% new business development - all direct sales.

  • You'll be responsible for new licence and services sales of Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions.

  • The average deal is $150,000 with an average sales cycle of 6 - 9 months. Your revenue target for a full year is $1.5M. You'll get a ramp target after joining.

  • Conduct the first demo/ presentation, for the full demo you bring an SE in.

  • Some travel will be involved in this role.

  1. You need to be based in Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands and you will speak fluent English and another European language.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years sales experience

  • 3-4 years GRC or Risk Management sales experience

  • Carried quotas of $1M

  • New Business - direct sales

  • Fluency in English and another European language (ideally German)
