​Regional Sales Manager - technical SaaS - North East USA

The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion as the business is scaling aggressively

  • Your territory will be Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland

  • Build your territory and build your pipeline

  • The SaaS solution can be sold to any company in any industry so you will have lots of companies in your territory to go after

  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to close.

  • At the end of Q1 2022 you will have a dedicated SDR and pre-sales in your territory supporting you.

  • Reduced target for the first year and a 3-6 months ramp-up.

  • Speak to security teams, legal, CIOs, VP of Business Applications in the sales process

  • The average deal size for a net new logo is currently at $25,000 and it's a land and expand model. The deal size is forecast to increase to $30,000 - $45,000 by the end of next quarter. Average sales cycle length is currently 3 - 4 months.

  • You need to be based remotely within your dedicated territory.

The Company:

  • Early stage start-up founded by serial entrepreneurs with lots of experience building successful companies

  • The founders have solid relationships in the industry as well as with VC companies

  • Series B funded - their investors are well-known and reputable VCs

  • They only started selling 6 months ago and have closed 12 customers already

  • Huge market potential and addressable market as their solution is sold to any company in any industry

  • Big cash opportunities with commissions paid for multi-year contracts

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience selling a technical SaaS solution to IT departments

  • Must be able to speak the technical lingo of technical departments

  • True hunter - you aren't shy to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty

  • Experience in start-ups/ scale-ups or companies without many processes in place

What You’ll Get:
