Risk Management Specialist
The Role:
Onboarding and managing clients and their fraud and risk solutions end-to-end - you are responsible so that customers get the most out of the solution and never feel left alone
Communicating with our customers to understand their needs and challenges and help them with their product, fraud, and risk problems
Analyze data, brainstorm, and design new solutions that help to solve the customers' challenges
Consult & train customers on best practices and how to use the platform
Develop internal processes and documentation to improve your and the customer's workflow constantly
Closely working with the product and engineering team to improve platform and products
Be curious and open-minded - learn as much about the space as possible and come up with creative solutions to their problems

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a consultative, technology-related role working with customers (solution architect, solution specialist, customer-facing data scientist, fraud/risk consultant, and product-related roles)
Strong communication skills in English - ability to present and explain complicated topics to customers and colleagues
A customer-first mentality and the mindset to do what is needed to make a customer engagement successful long-term
Knowledge in solving fraud, KYC, and/or AML, transaction fraud problems is a plus
The joy of solving problems and the ability to find, present and discuss different solutions quickly
An analytical mindset and the ability to analyze (or quickly learn) data with different products (Tableau, Superset, etc); Elementary SQL knowledge, and ideally basic knowledge of at least one scripting language are highly desirable
Ability to work and navigate your way within a fast-growing startup environment
Though we offer a flexible working environment and a remote-first mentality, this role requires to be mainly available during US hours
Though this is a remote position, since you will be working with our customers in the US, we need your core availability to be central time
