Sales Development Manager

​The Role

  • As a Sales Development Manager, your sole duty will be to lead, manage and grow a successful team who regular exceeds monthly goals and objectives

  • Mentor and develop prospecting skills within the team and help put together strong processes for them to follow

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help increase inbound leads

  • Conduct performance reviews and continually monitor and help with the development of the team

  • Set achievable but challenging targets and comp plans for the team to motivate them to be a success

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have 2+ years experience of managing an SDR team at a SaaS company

  • In total, a preferred candidate will have had a minimum of 4+ years experience within in SaaS sales

What You’ll Get

  • £50,000-£70,000 basic with an OTE of around £110,000-£120,000

  • 1st - 30 minutes video interview with the Head of Talent

  • 2nd - 30 minutes video interview with the VP of Sales

  • 3rd - Panel interview with the senior leadership team
