Sales Development Represenative Manager

You will drive the expansion of their established international customer base through strategic outbound lead generation. The Role:

  • This can a home-based contract where you can work remotely anywhere in the UK but ideally, you will be commutable to their Cambridge office a couple of times per week.

  • You’ll lead a skilled team of 3 SDR’s based in the UK with headcount to hire 3 additional new recruits in the short-mid-term.

  • Overseeing the exponential growth of the organisations net new client base through strategic new business activities. Ensure high performance and motivation at all times.

  • Work closely with your team of SDR’s to implement a structured lead generation process that can get passed to the Account Executives to validate and close.

  • Professionally coach your team to ensure they are highly skilled and engaged. This organisation believes in continuous development and are willing to invest in their people.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have a minimum of 12 months experience leading a sales team (new business focused) within a fast-paced SaaS start-up environment.

  • You will have demonstrable experience driving net new logo business through strategic prospecting activities and delivering against pipeline growth targets / KPI’s.

  • You will have clear leadership skills and the ability to manage high performance from a semi-remote team spread across the UK.

  • You will be able to provide structured sales coaching to team members to drive consistent KPI activity and professional growth within your department.

  • You will work alongside the VP Sales and the wide Senior Management Team to contribute to strategic growth plans offering insights from your experience.

  • You will be a real team player contributing to the collaborative success of all teams across the UK & US.

  • You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally.

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive base salary package dependant on experience £35,000 £40,000 base with a variable OTC of +£15,000 (uncapped)
