Sales Development Representative

The Role:

  • Performing inbound & outbound sales activities, and contact potential clients through phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn

  • Discovering new leads through creative internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools

  • Qualifying customers based on a thorough knowledge of the clients platform products

  • Scheduling meetings and demos for their Account Managers

  • Collaborating with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to optimise performance

  • Achieve monthly targets number of qualified Appointments & new sales Opportunities

  • Develop and maintain territory plan with Account Managers from your assigned geography

The Company:

  • Autonomy to work from home 3 days per week, flexible on remote working

  • 1st SDR on the ground in Dublin, autonomy to make the role your own and excel through the growth of the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent graduate or previous sales experience welcome

  • Must be hard-working, driven and have a desire for sales

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive base salary and realistic commission structure

  • €35,000-€45,000 base salary with an OTE of €18,000-€25,000
