Sales Development Representative

​The Role:

  • This is a Sales Development Representative role, where you will predominately conducting outbound lead generation through; cold-calling, social-selling and emailing.

  • Due to a strong marketing function, you will also be managing inbound leads alongside side this

  • Throughout conversations with prospects, you will be expected to understand and articulate a complex product to senior executives as well as understanding their needs and how you can best help them

  • You will be targeting the UK market

  • Although they have a shared office space in London, they give complete autonomy to employees to WFH and wherever they like in the UK

  • Although a start-up they also have some excellent sales tools and processes in place for you to be a success

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be based in the UK

  • You will have 9+ months SDR experience in a B2B environment (ideally in SaaS)

  • You will be a resilient and personable individual

What You’ll Get:

  • £30,000-£35,000 basic + £10,000 commission

Process:

  • 1st - Video interview with Sales Lead

  • 2nd - Cold-calling exercise with Sales Lead and another member of the team

  • 3rd final sign off call with the CEO
