Sales Development Representative

​The Role:

  • As an SDR you will be sourcing new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts. This is a high sales activity role with daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for targeted call and email campaigns.

  • You will generate interest through outbound cold calling and following up on inbound leads generated from Marketing campaigns.

  • You will also prospect for opportunities within identified markets.

  • Closed $16M Series A and $4M Seed investment.

  • Aggressive growth plans for the US and beyond

  • Team: smart, open and ambitious

  • Being only the 4th SDR in the US will allow you to be a vital part of the company's growth

  • You will be able to liaise with all of the senior members of staff to help target accounts and grow the opportunities provided.

  • The culture is very open and collaborative. Each individual's ideas will be heard and discussed.

  • 60 people company, most are still in Tel Aviv in R&D, 11 people in the US across sales, marketing, SDRs and Sales Engineers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 18 months to 3 years as an SDR within the Tech Space

  • In this company there is no room for arrogance, it is a collaborative environment so you will need to be able to work as a part of a team

  • Ability to understand complex software solutions.

What You’ll Get:

  • $80,000 - $90,000 base with $20,000 - $30,000 commission

  • Ability to work closely with Senior Management team

Process:

  • 1. Vetting stage with HR (30 minutes)

  • 2. Meet with two senior Account Executives (45-60 mins)

  • 3. Interview with the CEO (45-60 mins)

  • 4. HR final with reference check
