Sales Development Representative

The Role:

  • You’ll be joining a highly successful team reporting directly to the SDR Manager whilst working closely with the wider sales team.

  • You’ll be managing and qualifying inbound sales leads generated by wide reaching marketing campaigns before passing them on to Account Executives to close.

  • Implementing the structured sales process for generating outbound sales leads within the target markets.

  • Building and reporting on a robust sales pipeline through the Salesforce CRM system.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across different departments to ensure sales are converted.

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally you’ll have strong B2B sales experience where you have sold either remotely or face to face.

  • Any exposure to the e-Commerce or fulfilment sector would be a huge plus but not essential.

  • Soft skills required include; clear communication, ability to influence, strong organisation, self-motivated, target driven, quick learner and growth mindset.

  • This is a hybrid role where you can work from home a couple of times per week but you should be able to commute to the office in Northampton.
