Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Cloud Security – EST or CST remote

The Role:

  • Join a small team in the US –2x Account Executives (one East, one West), and the CEO

  • Support the two AEs with your activities, set meetings for them. Attend those meetings, listen in, take notes.

  • You are targeted on 10 meetings set per month.

  • Targeting companies within FinTech, MarTech, TravelTech, Automotive Tech and similar,

  • Level of Negotiation: CISOs, director of infosec, cloud security architect, SecOps, budget owner – CISO, champion – tech lead under the CISO

  • Be the first point of contact for new prospects – qualify and determine the next steps for each prospect.

  • This role is very heavily outbound – you’ll do a lot of cold outreaches over the phone and digitally.

  • Develop outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.

  • Go to exhibitions and events, travel roughly 4 times/ year.

  • You can progress to Team Lead after 6 months and build out an SDR team.

  • You need to be based in EST or CST time zones.

  • Working hours start from 8am EST, if you are CST based, you need to start at 7am on two days per week.

  • Report to the VP Marketing.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales Development

  • Cyber Security experience

  • MUST be used to cold outreach

  • Start-up experience

  • Hubspot and Salesforce experience
