Sales Director

The Role:

  • As Sales Director, you will own the overall revenue targets within the business and report to the CEO

  • You will manage a team of 4 direct reports with up to 45 indirect reports in sales

  • Development, coaching and managing a multi-channel sales function

  • You will continue to build and adapt the sales strategy for the business in an exciting time of growth

  • You will be instrumental in the hiring process to grow the sales and training team

  • Provide a high energy and nurturing sales environment for both junior and senior sales team members

  • Work closely with marketing leadership on lead strategy and forecasting

  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders both internally and externally

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years managing a multi-channel, transactional sales function (B2B or B2C)

  • Experience of managing both direct and indirect sales reports

  • Working closely with marketing on strategy and forecasting

  • Analytical, data driven sales leader with the ability to plan and forecast in a fast growth environment

  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume sales environment

  • Ability to work with a CRM to run regular reports and forecasts

  • You are a consultative and influential individual who can work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
