The Role:

  • Pure pre-sales role

  • Support the sales reps with your technical expertise

  • Do demos, presentations, PoCs

  • Pitch and sell to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CEOs, traders, bankers - they talk to a variety of stakeholders in the sales process

  • Average deal size is $80,000 - $100,000 but can go much higher up to $5M

  • Quick deals can close on the first call, others can take 9 - 24 months to complete

  • You need to be based on the East Coast, ideally not further than 1.5 hours flight distance from New York

The Company:

  • Pre-IPO start-up in hyper-growth

  • Presence across EMEA, North America and APAC and expanding rapidly

  • Series E funding, close to $1 Billion in investment

  • Last year they had 40 customers, now they have 600+

  • They will double the size of the company by end of 2022

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Presales/ Sales Engineering

  • Cyber Security (PKI - public key infrastructure, authentication, biometric, digital signing, or firewalls)

  • Experience with Blockchain vendors or crypto or digital assets, tokenisation

  • Finance background (ideally sold to Tier1 banks) front office view, traders (revenue generating part of FS organisations)

  • Technical to some degree and commercially aware

What You’ll Get:

  • $225,000 - $265,000 OTE (70/30 split), 401k, medical, stock options

  • 2nd Regional Sales Lead

  • 3rd Peer Sales Engineer

  • 4th 20 min pitch based on a slide deck (will be provided to you) - they will check how you react to questions, it's not a knowledge test!
