Sales Executive EMEA

The Role:

  • This is a new business sales role where you will be responsible for a full sales cycle. Everything from identifying, prospecting, qualifying through to closing net new logo customers across the EMEA territory.

  • You will have supported by a well-established marketing department as well as their inhouse sales development reps, however you will be required to develop personal territory plans and self-prospect.

  • You will have access to a number of technology platforms to help you succeed in generating new business. In addition you’ll be expected to report and forecast your sales pipeline via Saleforce CRM tools.

  • You’ll be joining a successful sales team but have the ability to work autonomously from home 4 days per week. There is a requirement for you to attend sales meetings every Tuesday at the London office.

  • They have a well-established and global customer base as well as an international office presence in UK, US, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia.

  • Their software is used by some most of the leading recruitment agencies and well as some large brand name corporates including: Randstad, Apple and Amazon!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You need a minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience with a demonstratable track record of exceeding sales quota.

  • You’ll be highly motivated, target-driven and dynamic sales professional to join their high performing business development team.

  • This role requires someone who has a natural curiosity and typically adopts a consultative sales approach. Someone with experience with a complex multi stakeholder sell is preferred.

  • When engaging with prospects you will be able to confidently articulate value proposition remotely and F2F.

  • Building long lasting and trusted relationships with stakeholders in the market to leverage for future business.

What You’ll Get:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 base salary + Double uncapped OTE

  • Pension

  • Sizable annual bonus - £10,000 paid at end of FY

Process:

  • 1st stage – 45 minute Zoom interview with Head of Sales EMEA

  • 2nd stage – 60 minute F2F presentation interview with HoS and CCO

  • 3rd stage – 30 minute phone interview with Senior HR Representative
