Sales Manager

This is a strategic role has been created due to exceptional organic growth. Your mission will be to help this well-funded and profitable, SaaS business scale to the next level through strategic expansion of their customer base. You will lead the team of Account Executives, working closely with the VP of Sales and CRO will prospect targeted verticals across the UK & US. Your team with own the full sales cycle from start to finish with support form the SDR function passing qualified leads.

The Role:

  • This is a home-based contract where you can work remotely anywhere in the UK. You’ll be afforded the autonomy to deliver on targets and manage independently.

  • You’ll lead an experienced team of 6 Account Executives based in the UK with likely headcount to hire new recruits in the short-mid-term.

  • Overseeing the exponential growth of the organisations net new client base through strategic new business activities.

  • Work closely with the SDR team to help convert the qualified inbound/outbound leads passed to your team.

  • Professionally coach your team to ensure they are highly skilled and engaged. This organisation believes in continuous development and are willing to invest in their people.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a quota carrying sales team (ideally new business focused) within a fast-paced SaaS start-up environment.

  • You will have demonstrable experience driving net new logo business through strategic prospecting activities and delivering against revenue multimillion targets.

  • You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high performance from a remote team spread across the UK.

  • You will be able to provide structured sales coaching to team members to drive consistent revenue and professional growth within the department.

  • You will work alongside the VP Sales and CRO to contribute to strategic growth plans offering insights from your previous experience.

  • You will be hands on in your approach to securing the targeted growth levels and be actively involved in sales into existing clients from SME through to Enterprise.

  • You will be a real team player contributing to the collaborative success of all teams across the UK & US

  • You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive base salary package dependant on experience £60,000 - £65,000 base with a variable OTE of £120,000 - £130,000 (uncapped)

  • 35 days paid time off per annum
