Sales Manager

The Role:

  • This is a new business role as an individual contributor to begin with

  • This will be a net new logo role that will grow into a leadership role as the market and team is built

  • You will focus on Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones

  • The product is currently free but will become a paid product in 3-9 months depending on the success

  • You can be based remotely in any of the above time zones for this role

The Company:

  • Pre-IPO early stage RecTech start up

  • This is a 1st sales person on the ground type role in the US

  • The chance to build a team and market from the ground up

  • The cofounders have already taken a business public

  • They will be aggressive on equity for the right candidate

  • This will grow into a leadership role if successful

  • New website and product is being launched too

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have 5 years experience in a quota carrying SaaS/tech sales role

  • This should be net new logo focussed

  • Ideally you will come from the HR or RecTech space
