Sales Manager

​The Role:

  • This is a Sales Manager role

  • You will be managing the AE’s and potentially the SDRs (once hired)

  • Your role will be to coach, mentor and manage the team to hit the team quota

  • 95% will be net new logo but there will be some upselling and cross-selling

  • You can be based anywhere in the US for this role

  • You should have experience managing a hybrid/remote team

The Company:

  • Series A start up in the SaaS space

  • They received almost $15m in funding

  • They plan to triple, triple, double, double – they even managed to double their business during the pandemic!

  • There is equity for the right person

  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have B2B SaaS Sales management experience

  • You should have managed a team of 5 plus.

  • This MUST be strategic sales experience

  • We are looking for people with at least 3 years sales and 3 years management min.

  • You should have grown a team from $1m to $3m/$5m plus
