Sales Manager (South East UK)

The Role:

  • You will be the first Sales Leader for the company, operating in a Player/Manager capacity

  • Self-generate leads using a range of proven lead generation strategies

  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team

  • Deliver compelling and exciting demonstrations of the platform to SMEs

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from initial leads to closing deals

  • Deliver regular and consistent revenues in line with targets

  • Provide accurate forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the MD

  • Maintain accurate, timely data using CRM relating to all sales activities

  • To demonstrate the platform using a mix of online and onsite demonstrations as necessary

  • You will take on leadership responsibility of 2 Sales Executives with even more growth opportunities

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience in direct software sales or services into SMEs

  • Proven track record of new business sales

  • A customer centric and consultancy sales approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed

  • Excellent presentation skills and credibility to manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to work autonomously and on own initiatives

  • A background in HR, Employment Law or Health & Safety would be a benefit, but not essential
