Sales Operations Manager

The Role:

  • Build and manage sales operations infrastructure to support the next stage of our growth.

  • Set standards and best practices for sales processes, reporting, tool use, and tracking to ensure that the team has consistent access to reliable, clean data.

  • Assist with key GTM operations such as QBRs, reporting, forecasting, pipeline and opportunity management, account assignment, and lead routing.

  • Lead research and analysis projects using a variety of data sources to support sales planning, evaluate forecasts, and provide actionable insights.

  • You will have the opportunity to grow into leadership

  • You need to be based commutable to NYC and be in the office 2 - 3 days per week

  • Report into the VP Sales

  • Israeli start-up in the Computer vision space

  • Very few competitors in this young growing space

  • They solve real Computer Vision problems

  • Went through a Series B for $50M in March 2022, total funding of $72M

  • Existing clients in Europe and the US - they are all large enterprise companies and some of the most innovative companies in the world

  • They will grow the team in the US from 10 to 20 people by the end of the year

  • They have a big pipeline no geographical restrictions - opportunities are big

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations a relevant SaaS or technology company.

  • Strong Salesforce with a preference for Salesforce Administrator certification.

  • Experience with integrating and optimizing SaaS tools such as Gong.io, Apollo.io, Hubspot, etc.

  • Understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice (e.g. solution selling).

  • Strong quantitative/analytical capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.

  • Experience working with BI/Analytics tools.
