​The Role

  •  Managing and leading a team of 8 Sales Development Rep’s across UK and France – growing to 12.

  • 100% management role which will include performance management and getting the team to performing at high level consistently.

  • Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and growing the teams

  • Establishing and implementing process, you will be responsible for supporting the team with territory mapping.

  • Huge opportunity to progress in this role, direct reporting line to the VP Sales EMEA.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2 years’ experience leading a BDR / SDR / Sales Development team.

  • You will need experience within SaaS

  • Any experience within Marketing Technology (MarTech) in beneficial.

What You’ll Get

  • £70,000-£80,000 base with £35,000 OTE

  • 1st – Initial call with the VP Sales

  • 2nd – Call with co-founder

  • 3rd – Panel interview
