SDR Director

​The Role:

  • This is an SDR Director role

  • You will cover the whole of North America – Canada and the US

  • You will manage a team that is hybrid office/remote

  • There are currently 6 SDRs that you will manager in the team

  • They are a mixture of inbound and outbound although outbound is 97% of what they do right now

  • Your role will be to build, coach and manage the team. You will need to implement all the processes and plans for a successful team

  • You should be based from Toronto for this role

The Company:

  • Pre-IPO start up in the Automation SaaS

  • They received around $15m in funding so far and have some big names backing them

  • They plan to double ARR this year as well as double their customer base

  • Their customer base already includes 3 of the 4 big banks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have 3-5 years experience building and growing SDR teams.

  • This should be outbound focussed

  • This should also be for a B2B SaaS company

  • Ideally for a startup

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic salary of $110,000-$140,000 CAD with a bonus on top
