SDR Director
The Role:
This is an SDR Director role
You will cover the whole of North America – Canada and the US
You will manage a team that is hybrid office/remote
There are currently 6 SDRs that you will manager in the team
They are a mixture of inbound and outbound although outbound is 97% of what they do right now
Your role will be to build, coach and manage the team. You will need to implement all the processes and plans for a successful team
You should be based from Toronto for this role
The Company:
Pre-IPO start up in the Automation SaaS
They received around $15m in funding so far and have some big names backing them
They plan to double ARR this year as well as double their customer base
Their customer base already includes 3 of the 4 big banks
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have 3-5 years experience building and growing SDR teams.
This should be outbound focussed
This should also be for a B2B SaaS company
Ideally for a startup
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary of $110,000-$140,000 CAD with a bonus on top
Benefits include equity for the right candidate
