SDR Manager

The Role:

  • This is an SDR Manager role in the US

  • You will be based from Boston in this role with flexibility to work remote

  • As a manager, your role will be to build and grow the SDR team from 0 at the moment to 10/15 over the next 18 months

  • To begin with it will be very hands on as you put in the processes and build out the team

  • The aim is to get the sales team eventually to 1:1 SDR support

  • Series A start up in the MarTech space

  • They recently received almost $20m in funding in their Series A

  • They grew over 65% in the 12 months prior to the funding

  • Now the plans are to triple headcount across US and EMEA which will mean hiring around 100 people in 18 months

  • A large portion of the growth will come from the US

  • This is a chance to build a brand new team that has 0 in it right now with plans to get to 10/15 SDRs. You could become a key leader in the US and wider business

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years experience managing and building SDR teams.

  • You should have SaaS experience

  • You should also be a hands on player manager.

  • Basic salary: $100,000-$120,000 with an OTE 50%
