• Sales development leader, who will be managing a team of 6.
• You will have full autonomy in this role to implement your best in class processes.
• Inspire and challenge the team in a way that protects them and their mental health.
• Supporting a team of bright, intelligent and competitive SDR's to achieve their professional
personal goals.
• Working closely with RevOps to draw actionable insights from data.
• Be a key part of the leadership team on this SaaS start-ups journey to exit.

• Backed by one the world’s leading VC’s whose exits include: Datadog, Deliveroo, and Slack.
• About to close Series B funding, this opportunity also comes with stock options.

The Ideal Candidate:
• SDR Manager within SaaS ecosystem.
• Managing or leading a team of SDR’s for a minimum of 6 months
• Will need some start-up exposure and a growth mindset.
• Someone who can add to their culture of fun and driving activity.

What You’ll Get:
• £45,000-£55,000 plus £10’000 bonus
• Stock options, private health insurance, 8 weeks of wellbeing leave on top of annual leave.
