SDR Manager
The Role:
Take over a team of 3 SDRs who are currently being managed by the VP Sales
Expand the team further this year, you’ll hire 1 – 3 more team members in 2023 depending on revenue growth
The team will support 4x RSMs with their activities
Your variable is tied to qualified opportunities generated by your team (team performance).
The role is focused on management, however, if you want to lead by example and get on the phone yourself, you are free to do so. You would be compensated accordingly for your own opportunities generated.
Build, mentor and manage your team. Develop your team. The aim is to get your team members to a point where they can be the next closers and get promoted into AE roles.
You need to be based in Tampa for this role.
You are required in the office at least 3 days a week.

The founders have solid relationships in the industry as well as with VC companies
Series B - $60M+ in total funding
Huge market potential and addressable market as their solution is sold to any company in any industry
47 paying customers and client book is increasing by the day
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 year experience managing a team of SDRs
Or minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an SDR and demonstrated capabilities to move into a leadership role
People developer and passion for developing young professionals, helping them to build and accelerate their careers
B2B SaaS background – any industry
Ability to act as a leader in the office as the VP Sales is more and more travelling
