SDR Manager- FinTech SaaS

​The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion

  • Take over a team of 5x BDRs in the UK and hire 3-4 more ASAP and then expand the team further from there

  • The Global SDR function right now is 14x reps, they are looking to be at least 40x globally by the end of 2022

  • Mostly management, but you are not shy to be an "operator" and test messaging etc.

  • You will oversee new business efforts in the London office and develop regional strategies for each customer segment for new business development.

  • Train members of the BDR team to identify, qualify, and create opportunities.

  • Continue to improve performance of the BDR team by maximizing their capacities.

  • Optimize processes and provide ongoing coaching and enablement for each team member.

  • Provide customized copy for email templates for both outbound and inbound strategies.

  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure leads are being thoroughly qualified and a proper feedback loop is established.

  • Liaise between regional Sales and BDR teams to ensure quality leads are being passed over and opportunities are being converted.

  • You need to be based in London for this role and are required in the office on a hybrid basis

What You’ll Get:

  • £100,000 - £115,000 base, OTE of £162,000
