SDR Manager - SaaS

The Role

  • This role came about through expansion as the business is scaling aggressively

  • The company currently outsource lead generation. Upon joining you will take over the management of that.

  • Start hiring an SDR team immediately. You will hire 4x  SDRs before end of Q1 2022.

  • By end of Q1 2022 you will have one SDR in each territory: North East, South & South East, Midwest and West. Each SDR will directly support a Regional Sales Manager in their dedicated territories.

  • Build, mentor and manage your team.

  • You need to be based in Tampa for this role.

  • Report into the VP Sales.

The Company:

  • Early stage start-up founded by serial entrepreneurs with lots of experience building successful companies

  • The founders have solid relationships in the industry as well as with VC companies

  • Series B funded - their investors are well-known and reputable VCs

  • They only started selling 6 months ago and have closed 12 customers already

  • Huge market potential and addressable market as their solution is sold to any company in any industry

  • Big cash opportunities with commissions paid for multi-year contracts

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in SDR management within SaaS

  • Passion for developing young professionals

  • Experience in start-ups/ scale-ups or companies without many established processes
