Job Title: SDR – SaaS – France Remote

The Role:

  • Join a team of 15 people in France, 7 of those are in sales.

  • This role came about through expansion.

  • Sell the SaaS solution to the public sector & government.

  • You identify targeted prospects through qualification work.

  • You establish a first prospect contact through the “cold call” with the aim of having appointments for the sales managers.

  • You work with the marketing team on physical or digital campaigns to generate new leads.

  • You manage and organize the sales pipeline in the customer relationship management system (Hubspot CRM tool)

  • You are constantly working to improve the sales process and like to share best practices with your colleagues.

  • You will help sales managers make commercial offers and possibly manage small accounts until a contract is signed.

  • Your commission comes in two stages, once after the meeting you set took place, and then again once the deal gets closed. So there is plenty of opportunity to earn cash.

  • Average sales cycle length is 4 months but can be as quick as 2 months.

  • This is a home-based role in France. Ideally you are based around the Paris area

  • You’ll meet the rest of the French team in the Paris office once per month and travel to Germany occasionally for company meetings.

  • Report into the Sales Director France.
