Senior Account Executive

The Role:

·         Communicate the commercial benefits around our product in terms of revenue and cost savings.

·         Present informative and succinct webinars for prospects to attend and understand more about our solutions.

·         Identify and attend national events to attend and or speak at, and engage prospects feeding their information back into the sales prospecting process.

·         Complete cold calls (or oversee the completion of calls where an SDR or otherwise is assigned to do so) to prospects who have not responded to automated campaigns or have outsized potential to become customers.

·         Understand and respond to leads effectively, setting up and leading meetings and demonstrations as required.

·         Demonstrate our products, tailoring the content of the demonstration to the prospects use case or plans. Take’s the time to understand the objectives of our customers or their legal cases, then ensure to explain how those objectives are enabled through our solution.

·         Maintain our CRM of prospects with up to date deal flow information about conversations and next steps so that we can be systematic and organised as a sales function.

·         Support marketing in the identification of sources of prospect data, and their operation of automated marketing campaigns that drive inbound leads.

·         Report regularly on progress against key metrics/targets using automation as much as possible, and close the deals.

·          Company is 9% owned by employees

·          Received 2 Seed funding rounds from investors and expecting another round of funding before end of 2022

·          Very limited competition in this space so you will be selling a fresh concept to prospects

·          Preferred supplier to clients in the legal sector

 

The Ideal Candidate:

·         4+ years new business sales experience in SaaS

·         Desire to work in the contentious side of LegalTech to help deliver important legal outcomes for real people and companies.

·         Ability to build relationships, addressing the understood needs and sensibilities of prospects.

·         Both a relationship person, but a closer too using recognized sales techniques.

·         A propensity to investigate what works well for other organisations like us, learning where we can from others and online resources.

·         See the sales process as being a work in progress that should be documented and improved with colleagues.

·         Self-starting, organised and systematic.

·         Good written English and telephone communication skills.

·         Help develop the “low ego, high challenge, high support” culture we aim for.
