Senior Account Executive

 The Role:

  •  Strategic sales approach to map out target companies and follow a structured sales methodology.

  • Adopt a consultative style when prospecting to new customers, conducting details discovery calls.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers articulating the products and services.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Dept and BDE team to convert qualified leads passed to you

  • Building a strong pipeline of new business with careful management to improve conversion rates.

  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts with app testing and the wider technology sector.

 The Ideal Candidate:

  •  Minimum 4-5 years’ consultative sales experience within a software or IT services organization.

  • Demonstrable ability to consistently deliver against revenue targets through high performance.

  • Must be a strategic relationship builder with a new business hunter mentality - outbound sales.

  • Ability to identify prospective customers through strategic research, building your sales pipeline.

  • Multi-disciplined with experience working in a dynamic and fast paced technology start up environment.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a consultative background – polished sales style.

 What you'll get:

  •  £60k + double OTE Uncapped.

 Process:

  •  1st stage – Telephone interview with CRO – 15-20 minutes.

  • 2nd Stage – Video interview with CRO and Sales Manager – 60 minutes.

  • 3rd Stage – Interview & presentation with CRO and Co-funder – 90 minutes.
