Senior Account Manager

The Role:

• Build and maintain long term relationships with key clients such  and other's that the company will continue to bring on board

• Work with the Sales team with the on-boarding of new clients e.g. technical clarity, choosing the right solution etc

• Ensure clients are making best use of the platform.

• Assist in influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, roadmap implementation, customer satisfaction, and overall account health

• Engage clients with weekly reports to ensure they are getting the best results possible

• Currently looking to grow the sales team by 10+% to support the platforms continued success

• Clients currently include Buyagift, Vision Direct and Thorntons - well-known brands and an expanding customer base!

• Big growth plans - aiming to bring on 70 new logo's in the next 12 months! 

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-5 years’ experience in Account Management

• eCommerce experience
